Meet the team
Dominic Davies
CEO and Investment Manager
Dominic is a European and UK Patent Attorney with extensive experience working with early-stage companies. His start-up successes include roles as Head of IP at FlatFrog Laboratories AB, Head of IP at Amniotics AB, Interim CEO and Head of IP at Reccan Diagnostics, and IP counsel for more than five other start-ups.
Dominic has worked in IP for over 18 years in London and Sweden. His areas of technical expertise include software, electronics, telecommunications, consumer products, MedTech, diagnostic platforms, and cell therapy.
Dominic also sits on our Board of Directors.
Degree and professional qualifications: MEng in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London (UK), European Patent Attorney, Chartered UK Patent Attorney, Registered Design Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney and Swedish Trade Mark Attorney.
Pam Stentiford
Investment Manager
Pam is a chartered management accountant with experience in leading investment projects for the UK government, ranging in scale from supporting small start-ups to major national infrastructure and deal-making with regional governments.
Pam has worked extensively in UK government finance, with both private and public sector partners, and across a number of government departments and cross-government projects.
Pam is also Chairperson of our Board of Directors.
Degree and professional qualifications: BA in History from Durham University (UK), Chartered Management Accountant.

Anders Månsson
Board Director
Anders Månsson BSc/MBA has a strong background in the life science industry, having held senior executive positions in large multinationals and leadership roles in smaller biotech companies. He’s served as an Industrial Advisor in the Life Science area to a multinational Private Equity company and is currently CEO of Phase Holographic Imaging AB and Member of Board of EQL Pharma AB.
Jenny Cummins
Board Director
Jenny has 16 years of experience in life science, working in business development, strategy and commercial teams in biotech, mid-sized and large pharma companies. With a BSc in Biology from Imperial College, time spent in the UK government supporting Cambridge University spin-offs and several years as an analyst with McKinsey, she furthered her pharmaceutical career in companies such as Nycomed, Takeda, Cubist and Vifor Pharma. She then founded her own company with the aim of bringing a management consulting approach to decision support.
Marcus Ulmefors
Board Director
Marcus Ulmefors (MEng Mechanical Engineering, Imperial College/UC Berkeley) is an active investor in private and public engineering companies, and his primary expertise lies in electrification, manufacturing, software, and data. He has a background in renewable energy technologies including solar, wind, and ocean waves, with specific experience in establishing and scaling data science capability. Marcus’ focus is now directed towards Li-ion batteries, from single-household off-grid products in East Africa to European gigascale manufacturing within Northvolt.
Pam Stentiford is Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and Dominic Davies (CEO) also sits on the board.
